Waitlist Policy
At our practice, we strive to accommodate all patients as promptly as possible. Due to high demand, we have implemented a waitlist policy to ensure fair and efficient access to our services. Join our waitlist by filling out this form! Wait times vary depending on the service you're booking for, or who your preferred practitioner is.
Here’s how our waitlist policy works:
After eight weeks, customers who are on the waitlist will be automatically removed from the booking system. The client is responsible for re-registering if they wish to be re-added to the waitlist.
Joining the Waitlist

Initial Request: If your preferred practitioner is fully booked, you can request to be added to their waitlist via our website form below. You may also specify other practitioners you are willing to see if they become available sooner.

If you are unable to add yourself to the waitlist via our website, reception can be called to submit on your behalf.
Priority and Notifications

Order of Priority: Patients are placed on the waitlist in the order their request is received. Priority may be given based on the urgency of the condition, at the discretion of the practitioner.

Notification: When a slot becomes available, we will contact you immediately via phone, SMS and email. You will have a specified time frame to respond before the slot is offered to the next patient on the list.
Appointment Scheduling

Multiple Practitioners: If you are willing to see more than one practitioner, please inform us. This may increase your chances of getting an earlier appointment. We will notify you of openings with any of the practitioners you have listed.

Confirmation: Once you accept an available slot, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment. If you decline, you will remain on the waitlist for a total of 8 weeks.

Once you attend an appointment you will automatically be removed from the waitlist unless you requested to be added for another 8 weeks with reception
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancelling Waitlist Requests: If you no longer need an appointment or wish to be removed from the waitlist, please notify us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an accepted waitlist appointment, please contact us. Note that rescheduling may place you back on the waitlist.

Response Time: Prompt responses to waitlist notifications are crucial to ensure efficient scheduling.

Flexibility: Being flexible with your availability can improve your chances of securing an appointment sooner.

If a client has been listed for 8 weeks on the waiting list, they will be automatically removed from the list and will need to re-register on-line to be returned to the waiting list.
