Cancellations
Text and email reminders are now sent 48 hours before an appointment giving clients time to reschedule or cancel if needed. We understand that life happens but if you can reach out and let as know ASAP we would appreciate it.
All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice via phone or email. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment will incur the full fee of the appointment you were due to attend. Serial offenders will be asked to pre-pay for treatments at the time of booking. If the appointment is missed or cancelled inside of 24 hours, the pre-payment will NOT BE REFUNDED.
If you have an emergency that requires you to cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, ring 03 56364902 or email reception@warragulwellnesscentre.com.au and explain what's happening and we will do our best to assist with a reschedule that works for you.
